Our 6-week plant-based coaching program is led by therapists on our team who have received additional training and education on plant-based eating for improved health and longevity through Cornell's T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
This program will walk you step by step through the process of transitioning to a more plant-based diet. We can individualize the journey to move as fast or as slow as you want. This option is available in-person, or virtually through Zoom.
