Tai Chi For Arthritis & Fall Prevention Program
The Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Program is supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Arthritis Foundation as safe and effective exercise for people with arthritis. Classes are taught by our Certified Instructors and meet twice a week for 8 week sessions. Classes are offered in-person and online!
