Position: PRN Physical Therapist
About Our Practice:
HouseFit is a specialty Physical Therapy and Wellness center focused on helping people make the best decisions for their health while creating a positive experience in the process. We help older adults maximize their independence and fitness, so they can continue to live a full and active life.
We are located in Saint Louis and have grown from a one-person mobile therapy practice to an eighteen-person team, and now have a beautiful 5,000' facility in South County and continue to grow our PRN Team. We offer a variety of services including one-on-one Physical Therapy, Fitness Options, Educational Workshops and Fall Simulation Training. We are ready to grow so we can continue to increase the offerings in our community. We are looking for the perfect next team member to help us do that!

To Be Successful In This Position You Must:
- Be licensed or eligible to obtain your Missouri Physical Therapy license.
- Support and contribute to the company’s Purpose, Vision and Core Values.
- Build lasting relationships and trust with our clients through open communication and empathy.
- Identify the client’s internal problems, speak to their “why” and determine their goals.
- Provide an exceptional client experience.
- Provide expert level care during Assessments, Evaluations and Follow-Up Sessions .
- Meet personal and team revenue/sales/productivity targets and performance-oriented quotas.
- Keep record of client interactions, complete documentation thoroughly and in a timely manner.
- Be knowledgeable about our services, products and promotions.
- Be open and dedicated to personal and professional growth.
- Experience preferred, but not required.
