Our 6-week plant-based coaching program is led by therapists on our team who have received additional training and education on plant-based eating for improved health and longevity through Cornell's T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. This program will walk you step by step through the process of transitioning to a more plant-based diet. We can individualize the journey to move as fast or as slow as you want. This option is available in-person, or virtually through Zoom.

A: No. This is considered a wellness program, therefore it is not covered by insurance.
Q: Do I have to meet with my coach at the same time each week?
A: No. The goal is to meet with your coach once a week. Consistency will be key to help keep you accountable and support you on your journey. We suggest scheduling out all 6 sessions when you sign up for the program.
Q: Is 6 weeks long enough to actually notice a change?
A: Yes! Research into plant-based diets show noticeable changes in as little as 7 days! Results will depend on how quickly you jump in and start adding more plants to your plate.

About Dr. Beth
Dr. Beth began her plant-based journey in January 2023. It all started when she picked up the book Finding Ultra by Rich Roll, looking for some inspiration as she began training for a Half Ironman, after taking a 12 year pause from the sport of triathlon. She initially planned for a 30-day reset at the beginning of the year to help jumpstart her journey. Within 2 weeks she started to notice dramatic changes in her energy, recovery, sleep, and gut health. That's when she started doing her research. After several books, documentaries, and hour of podcasts she became convinced this was the best option for her health and those of her clients. Dr. Beth went on to receive her Plant-Based Nutrition Certification from Cornell and writes and speaks regularly on the benefits of a WFPB diet for optimal aging.
