HouseFit Class
Our HouseFit class is a great workout that will address all five components of fitness: balance, strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility. Participants will also be challenged to perform mental tasks and practice their coordination. This class is appropriate for all levels. You can perform the entire routine seated in a chair, standing behind a chair or without any support. Choose the level that is right for you. |
Balance Class
Our Balance class is the perfect class for anyone who has noticed they aren't as steady on their feet as they used to be and wants to work on improving their balance. During class you will use weights to strengthen your legs and perform balance challenges. You may use a chair as needed to hold on for support. This class is appropriate for all levels of balance. Our Therapy Team is able to modify the exercises to make them safe for you, but challenging enough to improve your balance. |
