Have you been told by your physician that you need to start an exercise routine, but have no idea how to start? Are you worried that it’s not safe to exercise because of your medical condition? Did you have a bad experience with the last exercise class you attended and now think exercise is not for you? Are you worried you will make matters even worse by starting an exercise routine?

If that's you, then we have some great information to share with you.  Read on to discover how people 55+ are getting stronger and becoming more independent in their daily lives by starting to exercise.

We've put together a Free GUIDE explaining the many benefits of exercise as well as discussing some of the common myths related to aging and exercise. Inside you'll find…

⭐ Why you're never "too old" to start exercising
⭐ Why walking is not enough
⭐ How strength training is vital as you age
⭐ How exercise will improve your arthritis symptoms
⭐ AND much more

Just click the “Yes! I Want The Free GUIDE” button above, enter your name and your email address and you'll receive the Free GUIDE by email.

I know so many older adults who believe they are too old to start an exercise routine or have too many medical issues to exercise safely. This is NOT true! As Physical Therapists, we specialize in helping older adults with all kinds of medical conditions to start an exercise routine safely. My Free GUIDE will explain why it’s beneficial and safe for all older adults to start an exercise routine.

I’m doing this because too many older adults just accept their declining strength and endurance. They believe that having more trouble moving around and losing their independence are a normal part of aging and they don’t truly understand all of the amazing benefits of exercise and how it can impact their lives.

So go ahead... click the “Yes! I Want The Free GUIDE” button, enter your name and your email address to receive the Free GUIDE by email.

But maybe you feel like you’ve read a lot of free information on the internet and really just want to talk to someone about your problem. Is that you?

If so, then we offer a Free Assessment with a Physical Therapist. This way you can tell a professional your story, get your questions answered and hear about which of our services would best meet your needs.  Does that sound like something you would like to do?

Here’s the most important thing… Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next. They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action. The one thing we can guarantee is that by doing nothing, your strength and endurance won’t get better. So the next important thing is to take action.
Here are your best options to decide if Physical Therapy is right for you:

Look What Others Are Saying About Exercise Classes From HouseFit...

"We have participated in Housefit on-line classes for several months and value both the diverse exercise opportunities and precious face to face interaction via Zoom during this pandemic. We look forward to classes as it gives us a sense of being part of a group and makes us feel less isolated. Through exercising regularly, we have increased our stability, balance and stamina and decreased joint pain with movement. Now we are able to comfortably and safely complete daily household tasks with more self confidence. Best of all we have more energy which allows us to “keep up” with our grandchildren and great-grandchildren."

"My favorite part is that classes are in the morning and you are sent a recording of the class shortly after the class is over. If you can’t watch it at the scheduled time, you can do it on your own later in the day. You can also view the recording on the weekends to keep you moving.  Even when we're able to return to the gym for classes, I may chose to continue online. It saves time since I don't have to travel. It will allow more time for the others things I do. I'll be back to a busy schedule with volunteering, playing bridge and lunching with friends."

"After my husband passed a year ago, I knew I needed to make the decision to get more active to be able to maintain my house, work in my yard and stay independent. I had fallen several times and began to have a real fear of falling again. I found that I was intimidated by the gym scene and wanted to find something suited for my age and physical ability.

I've lost the fear of falling - it's not something I even think about now. When I first started classes, I needed to sit often, but not anymore. I recently took my grand daughters downtown and we couldn't find a close parking spot so we ended up walking 5 city blocks on cobblestone! I was so pumped I was able to do that!"
