Have you noticed that you’re becoming a little more unsteady on your feet? Have you stopped doing certain activities because you’re worried about having a fall? Are your family members worried about you because you’ve been falling more and more?

Maybe you’ve been told that falling and poor balance are a normal part of getting older and you just have to deal with it. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Read on to discover how people 55+ are improving their balance every day.

We've put together a Free GUIDE showing you how to improve your balance and decrease your fall risk. Inside you'll find…

⭐ The 3 Factors that work together to cause a fall
⭐ The 4 Systems of Balance and what happens to each as you age
⭐ How to “Test Yourself” to determine where you are compared to others your age
⭐ Simple exercises to start you on your path
⭐ AND much more

Just click the “Yes! I Want The Free GUIDE” button above, enter your name and your email address and you'll receive the Free GUIDE by email.

I know so many older adults who have just accepted that poor balance and falling are now a normal part of their lives. This does NOT have to be you! My Free GUIDE will explain why you should have hope that you can stop falling and become more steady on your feet.

I’m doing this because too many older adults suffer needlessly with poor balance that often results in a fall and an avoidable injury. While falls are more common as you age, they are not a “normal” part of aging and there are things we can do to help. All you have to do is enter your information and I’ll send you some great information.

So go ahead... click the “Yes! I Want The Free GUIDE” button, enter your name and your email address to receive the Free GUIDE by email.

But maybe you feel like you’ve read a lot of free information on the internet and really just want to talk to someone about your problem. Is that you?

If so, then we offer a Free Balance Assessment with a Physical Therapist. This way you can tell a professional your story, get your questions answered and hear about which of our services would best meet your needs.  Does that sound like something you would like to do?

Here’s the most important thing… Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next. They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action. The one thing we can guarantee is that by doing nothing, your balance won’t get better. So the next important thing is to take action.
Here are your best options to decide if Physical Therapy is right for you:
We understand some people want to find out more about the cost & availability of our services before scheduling. If that’s you, click on the button above.
We realize some people may be unsure which of our services are right for them. Wondering if we can help with your specific problem? Click on the button above.

My balance was terrible. I was having falls. I couldn't get up from the ground and I was having trouble rising from a chair. I felt that my world was getting smaller around me because I was afraid of falling. I came across an article that Dr. Beth wrote in the "Concord Call" and she captured my feelings exactly. It was like she crawled into my head and knew what I was thinking.

I'm sure there are people who feel they can't afford therapy. I don't understand how you can't. It's more affordable than a fall. YOU are important... Take care of yourself! Put yourself first! Don't let your world get smaller because you're afraid of falling.

I have struggled with neuropathy for 15 years and have difficulty with my balance. I have been to other physical therapists, podiatrists, and chiropractors for relief. I have never gotten any and have never felt like the professional I was seeing really understood my difficulties. That all changed when I went to HouseFit.

I now feel more confident when walking inside the hockey rink and going up in the stands while watching my son's game. I'm able to spend time outside working in my rose garden, walking on uneven ground and not getting so tired. I'm more encouraged than I ever have been before.
